Turn based strategy game, kinda like Chess + Pokemon?

I'm planning to add more units to the game, with collecting and team customization. There will be synergies and such. Also probably a single-player campaign.

You play as the Blue team, on the left.
If your Tactician dies, you loose.
Blue icon is HP, Red is Attack Power.

Most sprites and names are placeholders.
